  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • We work with trusted third-party logistics partners for safe and timely delivery.

  • You can track your shipment via the link shared in your order confirmation or dispatch message.

Shipping charges may apply depending on:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Product category

  • Payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when Navesaa confirms a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.Risk and title of the products pass to you once the order is delivered.


Delivery Guidelines

 

To ensure timely delivery, you must provide accurate and complete shipping information. Navesaa will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.We follow an OTP-verified delivery system. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile/email, which must be provided to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.Our logistics partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and returned to origin. Refunds (if eligible) will be processed after deducting delivery charges.Delays may occur due to logistical issues or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you. However, Navesaa is not liable for delays or related compensation.Reverse pickup depends on the pin code’s serviceability. If unavailable, we may request you to ship the product back via a trusted courier.
